Join us in Praying for Future Ministry Opportunities

At Macedonia, we are praying that God will continue to open doors of opportunity, inspire creativity and motivate present and future leaders.  We pray that God will give us fresh ways to minister to those within and outside our congregation.  Perhaps you have an idea for a future support group or small group.  Perhaps you feel God leading you to lead a Bible study or to serve in some other capacity.  Perhaps God has laid a burden upon your heart.  Please let Pastor Rodney know.  We are always in need of fresh and relevant ideas.

Here are a few things we are hoping to see in our near future as God inspires his disciples to step forward and take on servant leadership roles:

1.  We are seeking new and innovative ways to develop and grow our youth and children's program and reach new families.  we are praying for leaders in this area.  It will be very much a grounds up endeavor.  Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

2.  It is our vision to begin new small groups.  This might include Bible study groups or any kind of small group fellowship with the intention of outreach and discipleship.  It can be at any schedule and can be long term or permanent or short term type endeavors.

3.  Grief Share....Grief Share is a support group for those that have experienced a loss.  It can be for those that have lost a loved one or have lost a relationship or job.  It is meant to guide us biblically in dealing with loss and has proven to be very effective.  Facilitators are required to undergo a small training time and there is a curriculum provided.  We feel this ministry in particular is very relevant right now as so many have experienced loss the last couple of years.  We would like to see this going soon within 2022.  If interested in either leading or attending this support group, click on link below and Pastor Rodney will be in contact.  As the program develops, you will be notified.

4.  Recovery Support Group/Program -We are looking for a faith based recovery group for which we can sponsor and provide a meeting place and support.  If you are connected with such an organization, we would love to here how we could help.
